C. Reading of Minutes

Motion to approve the November minutes with correction to reflect Chris O'Connell as an Intern with IA, made by Robert Spirito; seconded by Kathleen Smith-Bogan; approved unanimously.

D. Coordinator's Report Distribution

The November Coordinator's Report was distributed. Motion to accept made by Frank Cochran; seconded by Catherine Gootkin; approved unanimously.

E. Internal Affairs Remarks

Captain Joann Peterson and Sergeant Rachael Ross present. Reviewed NHPD Organizational Chart and PERF matrix.

Case #031-08-C to Panel "D"

Discussed new hire background and process.

F. Open Floor

Peggy Johnson, spouse of Reverend Walter Johnson, was introduced as a guest.

G. Subcommittee Reports

Shirley Wayne Washington spoke about the 2009 NACOLE conference, which will be held in Austin, Texas.

Kathleen Smith-Bogan noted that the Dixwell Management Team Christmas party is scheduled for December 18th.

Frank Cochran spoke about his management team meeting with two Alderpersons present.
